The negative effects of sugar consumption!
Many of my clients ask me about the negative effects of sugar consumption, if the consumption of sweets on a daily basis do much harm, especially women have an issue with this!
So what causes the sugar (the same applies to white flour) in our body.
When you consume simple carbs like sugar or white flour, blood sugar rises rapidly and abruptly. Causing the pancreas to secrete insulin response, the primary purpose of which is to drive sugar into each cell. Where it is stored for energy.
If the cell is full and does not need glucose, additional rejected the blood. Resulting in an increase in blood sugar to produce more insulin and glucose are converted into stored fat!
Conclusion, avoid systematic and daily sugar consumption
In coffee or in the form and sweets like white flour if we want low as possible percentages of fat!
